Each tray is hand cut, molded, dyed, and embossed.  It is constructed of 8-10 oz vegetable tanned cowhide and formed using traditional leather working techniques. The interior has been dyed distressed dark tan and hand embossed.  The edges and underside are dyed black, hand burnished, waxed, and buffed to a lightly pebbled finish.
