Your most common questions

We have a sister company, www.fourrobins.com, that also features leather valet trays and gifts and some of our artistic projects.  We also sell our trays under the brand name Twin Saints Leather on Amazon.com.  Twins Saints is a registered trademark of Four Robins Ltd. 

We make our leather trays using the same traditional leather working techniques that are used to make other rigid leather items like holsters.  Our trays are wet-formed using a mold and harden as they dry. They are made entirely in the USA from leather tanned in the United States and steer raised in the United States. 

We make our trays using 8-9 oz vegetable tanned cowhide. The leather is about 1/8" thick, or the approximate thickness of two coins. 

Our leather trays are semi rigid and with normal use should hold their shape indefinitely as long as they do not become wet, are crushed, etc.

At this time, we can only offer customized phrases on orders of 10 or more of the same tray.  Contact us at customerservice@twinsaintsleather.com for pricing and additional information. 

To properly stamp the leather, it must be wet or damp.  Our finished trays are dyed and polished.  Wetting the tray after this point can discolor the tray or cause it to become misshapen.  As such, we do not recommend stamping the trays yourself. 

Most of our items are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Within the US, items typically take 2-3 days to arrive after shipping. We also maintain a selection of our inventory on Amazon.  These items are available for rush shipping via Amazon Prime.  A full inventory of our items that can be fulfilled by Amazon can be found by searching for "Twin Saints Leather" on Amazon.com.
