The interior is dyed "timber brown" while the edges and underside are dyed black, hand burnished, waxed, and buffed to a lightly pebbled finish. Each tray is hand cut, molded, dyed and embossed. It is constructed of 8-10 oz vegetable tanned cowhide, and formed using traditional leather working techniques.
