Returns

You may return your purchase for a refund within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).*  If 7 business days have gone by since your item has arrived, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us to authorize your return at: twinsaintsleather@gmail.com

*Exclusive Gifts and Customized or Personalized items are not returnable or refundable. Belts, collars, and other items customized for sizing or color cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift with Purchase Returns:  All items - including the gift with purchase - must be returned in order to receive a refund.  If GWP items are not returned, the value of the item(s) will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if a refund will be processed based on the timely return and condition of your item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must item must arrive in unused and undamaged condition in it's original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 business days after delivery.
Any item that has been customized, sale items, and "Exclusive Gifts".  These are not returnable or eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations 
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Customized orders cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 150 E Main St, Saxonburg, PA 16056 Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking # after your item has been mailed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, in addition to using a trackable shipping service, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and your refund is dependent on your item be returned in undamaged condition.
